About this pro
I first started working with Karie in a personal training capacity about 2 years ago. I'll tell ya, it wasn't easy, but she has taught me what it really meant to push myself and that I could go a lot farther than I thought I could. She also provided me with nutrition recommendations and I learned a lot about clean eating and they are things that live in my life still to this day. I've worked with Karie in a group training session since then and she's still known as the trainer that will push you. She's also taught me to do a lot on my own and I'm now completely comfortable in the gym working out by myself all because of her. She'll stay very real with you though and knows you have a life to live outside of the time you spend in the gym and cooking healthy meals. If you want someone that only pushes you as much as you let them, thats not Karie. If you want someone that won't hold you accountable, thats not Karie. If you want someone that wants you to learn, grow and be a healthier you, that is Karie. I believe she really wants you to get the most out of the services she provides. I'd recommend her to anyone :)Feb 17, 2017
I've known Karie for several years now and I can't say enough nice things about her. I had Karie for a personal trainer for several months and she was absolutely one of the best trainers I've ever had. She helped me get fit and back in shape. I learned a lot from her including clean eating. If you want someone who will push you toward your goals, I would highly recommend Karie Linder!Feb 8, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We'll have an initial meeting and discuss goals, expectations, commitment, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a group fitness instructor for 6 years and also lead small group trainings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have had my own journey of change. I struggled for a long time with losing weight, gaining it back. losing it again, etc. I finally said ENOUGH! I found a gym and like minded people that helped me make my lifestyle change. It wasn't a quick turn around, it took work - hard work but that hard work turned into a need to help others. A need to give others encouragement and accomplishment.
