- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is structured by each job I take on. I need to look at the square footage as well as what the customer needs done in their home or business. Even though I may clean two homes that have identical square footage I may charge differently for both because one may require more cleaning than the other.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my new client and take a walk through their home and discuss what their needs are for cleaning their home or business. Once I have asked questions and we have come to an agreement on the type of cleaning needed then we set up a time to begin. I like to be thorough when I ask all questions and make sure I understand my new clients needs. I feel the first impression is the most important part and I believe in being very professional from the way I dress to the questions I ask.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have performed many cleaning jobs throughout my life from when I was very young until now. I have experience in office, medical, restaurants, bars, and residential cleaning. It is something that I love to do and I excel at it.
