- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I give FREE estimates onsite and I always negotiate the final bill before work is done. Work is warranted for 1 year out the door.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the issue is with the PC, printer, etc ...and come up with a cost effective solution in a timely manner. Make the complex jargon into language everyone can understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year degree from Northern Illinois University in CIS ...Computer Information Services. I'm Microsoft Certified as of 2006. I've been in business FULL TIME as of November 2001.
