- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is $55.00 an hour for labor. Plus material and trip charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer we will treat them just like we treat all our customer. We are going to go through everything in detail and make sure that they understand what happen and or what we are going to do. Verify that they are okay with what that may be before proceeding with the repair or installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Partners have Degrees in Information Technology. We have both worked in the IT industry for several years within warehousing and manufacturing. Our one partner even spent over 12 years with Comcast.
