My home was inspected before purchasing it. The inspector from Tru-Check, Roger, was very professional and patient with all my questions. He was very thorough and pointed out even seemingly insignificant findings and explained everything in detail to me. He was very quick with his report after the inspection was complete and this allowed us to proceed with the purchase of our new home with confidence. The items that were found that needed repair and items that were not an issue at all that were found allowed us to negotiate with the seller on the more important items found. I was well satisfied with the work done and the integrity of the inspector. If I purchase a home in the future I will be sure to have this company perform the service for me once again.

Had a full home inspection by Mr. Roger DeBenedetto. He was very thorough with every aspect of the home. Was the best experience I had ever had. Thank you for a job well done! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
