- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing represents current market average for a quality informative report. I am not a check the box kind of guy. My reports provide pictures and explanations and suggestions. The price is reflective of the size and age of the house, and or the number of units.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive the contact info or call from the client. I explain the process of the inspection, what is covered in an inspection, we discuss the price and set an inspection date. I view the inspection as a time to educate the client and think it is very valuable for them to be on site as I perform the inspection.
