- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to discuss your goals and go through a trial workout to make sure it's what you are looking for. From there we schedule follow-up workout sessions. You are left with a program that you can also follow on your own. We cover nutrition as far as how it relates to your goals.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a teenage front desk worker at the local gym. I learned that I loved helping people learn how to use the machines as time went on. I found that my sports background lent itself to exercise quite well. I pursued my education in fitness training from there.
