RCTS is very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to determine my problem pretty fast and accurately. He got me up and running in no time at all at a price I could afford. He gave me information on how and what to do in the future if any additional problems start coming up to avoid small issues.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After introductions, the first thing I'll ask a customer is "What kind of issues are we looking at with your computer?" Once I know what the issue is, I'll either recommend a quick diagnostic check to get more info about the issue(s). After diagnosing the issue(s), I'll go ahead and let my customer know what the issue is, how much I'll charge for this issue, and when its going to be fixed. In my experience, knowing what the issue is, how much its going to be, and when it'll be fixed have been the 3 main questions I always like to get answered before working on a customers computer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    -Over 12 Years of IT experience -Microsoft & Apple Certified after taking Microsoft & Apple training classes -I've worked in small to medium to large sized companies so I can support any type of company.
