- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introductions, the first thing I'll ask a customer is "What kind of issues are we looking at with your computer?" Once I know what the issue is, I'll either recommend a quick diagnostic check to get more info about the issue(s). After diagnosing the issue(s), I'll go ahead and let my customer know what the issue is, how much I'll charge for this issue, and when its going to be fixed. In my experience, knowing what the issue is, how much its going to be, and when it'll be fixed have been the 3 main questions I always like to get answered before working on a customers computer.

-Over 12 Years of IT experience -Microsoft & Apple Certified after taking Microsoft & Apple training classes -I've worked in small to medium to large sized companies so I can support any type of company.
