Introduction: Grooming is my passion. I love learning new techniques to improve my skills. I have been grooming for 7+ years and have loved every step of the way. I enjoy working and meeting new pet parents and their fur babies. I dont rush my groomings because safety and the well being of the pet is my #1 concern. I love Grooming and it shows in the work I do. I love grooming dogs. Its satisfying and rewarding seeing pups come in shaggy and leaving home looking like completely different pups. Seeing their parents happy makes me feel good about what I enjoy doing! I like being able to help dogs that are matted...once they have been groomed they feel happy and relieved. Everyone gets to be like family at Pretty Penny's!

I love getting my dogs groomed here. My dogs are well taken care of the service is amazing. Crystal really cares for the dogs and ive never had a complaint. The price is amazing and the service is impeccable. Would totally recommend this place. Definitely will be coming back.

I met Crystal when she was grooming for PetSmart. Her professionalism, knowledge and love for her kid was what made me choose her to groom my fur babies. My fur babies are pretty attached to me but when they see her it’s like I am not ever there. They love going to her and I know they are in good hands!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working w a new fur baby I like to take my time and work at their pace. Once there is trust and a bond between us the grooming becomes easier and faster.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7+ years of Dog Grooming experience. I was trained and certified as a Dog Groomer while working at Petco.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before getting hired at Petco I would groom my 3 Cocker Spaniels at home. Got hired at Petco as a Grooming Assistant then went on to getting certified as a Dog Groomer.
