- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Military personnel always are at discounted rate and I also give free sessions to clients just because I love to help people achieve their goals with health and wellness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through the ACE organization, and I am also CPR/AED certified through the Military Training Network.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I made a decision in my life when I was younger to get healthy and change the way I was living my life. Ever since then I fell in love with the process and now I want to share my experience with my future clients.
