- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a conversation with the customer and learn what their goals are. I listen to their needs and from there set a plan to make that happen. I am well connected (referrals to professionals who can help), organized and experienced in Real Estate so I layout the process very systematically to alleviate the stress of "what's next" or "what comes first". I listen, plan & have constant contact with my clients, they are never in the dark.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor with annual Continuing Ed classes among National, State & local conferences.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with brand new home buyers, families buying their 2nd home, empty nesters downsizing, investors and market new home sales too. I adapt well to all client needs.
