- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Because each customer is special and they have own requierments. I listen first what the customer wants and sometimes give them some sugerences to complete owner satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in electricity and 8 years experience working how maintenance handy in a Condo. light plumbing, roof repair, paint, drywall, plaster, stucco, appliances instalation. Bathroom and Kitchen remodel. General Handyman repairs.

Residential and Commercial customer Owner, managment companies and Real States.
