- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases pricing for travel is fluid, meaning it can change at any time. Rates vary depend on travel dates, number of guests, hotel type and destination. Our suppliers do not permit us to rebate their rates; however, we can leverage partnerships for group rates and special pricing or offer payment plans when travel is planned in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to engage clients in a phone conversation so that I can get the information needed to start the planning process as well as answer any concerns my clients have and guide them through the process. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
