- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard starting price for all our homes, town homes and condominiums. This price includes all furniture and accessories for the master bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and all bathrooms. From there, we can add different spaces that we want to highlight such as, an office area, outdoor spaces or extra bedrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we walkthrough the home and take note of the best parts of the house and the not so great parts of the house. We discuss which rooms we want to highlight and the overall design/feel we are going for the space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Accredited Staging Professionals and have been in the industry for over 10 years.
