- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can bill hourly or flat-rate, whichever the client prefers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free onsite or photo-based estimate. My invoices never exceed my quotes. I eat the cost of any unforeseen expenses, (unless contingencies are mentioned in the quote). I work around the homeowner's schedule when it's convenient and invoice only when work is 100% completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have BA in Spanish and MA in Organizational Leadership. I have been doing home improvement and furniture building/restoration for the past 8 years.
