Introduction: I have spent the last 15 years working in the healing arts, integrating Massage, Reiki, and Cranio-sacral therapy to help people move from pain and imbalance back to wellness. I have an intuitive sense of how to flow between these modalities to best suit the client in the moment and promote deeper healing. I also have been teaching yoga for the last 13 years, so I offer yoga asanas to help support whatever issue the client is working on in the moment.
I love to co-create a space for people to feel better, allow them to understand themselves in a deeper way, and help them find more freedom in their lives.

Kara has a true gift of making you feel taken care of with her individualized attention and intuitive touch. During sessions with Kara I've been able to reach levels of relaxation that I haven't felt with other massage therapists. I highly recommend Kara for deep work with lasting results.

I've been receiving regular treatments from Kara for over a year now. After the first treatment I felt lasting relief from chronic neck and shoulder soreness. Kara is very intuitive and her touch feels so awesome, never too mush pressure like I've experienced in the past. I love the head massages; I also love the aromatherapy. She exudes True Healing Energy!!
