Mario is a pro when it comes to computer problems-- Mac or PC, it doesn't matter! He owns both himself and so knows the ins and outs. He listens, is extremely patient, a very hard worker and a really nice person to boot. It's my understanding that he has IT certifications for network administration as well. Oh, and he speaks Spanish in addition to English.
