- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would love to say, yes we have a standard pricing, however the truth is there is no limit to the services that we can provide, so pricing can vary from job to job. The average staging price can be found on our website. Prices are always negotiable, depending on what needs to be done to help you sell or redesign your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer the initial phone call to uncover what I can do to help you. When you contact me I will ask you about your need to stage your home, time frame, etc. After the phone call, we should be able to set up a consultation at your home and we will get a plan of action going to put your home up for sale after we "Stage It".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training includes certifications from many Staging Entrepreneurs around the United States and Canada. I am also a proud Member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association.) I serve on the Board of the Houston RESA Chapter as Secretary.
