The technician was so professional and courteous. It took quite a while to get my computer up and running; but he was dedicated to fixing it. He did a fantastic job and very once seemed perturbed. He also was very well dressed. He tried to help me first from his office; but he had to come to my home in Huntsville. He even offered me the choice of getting someone closer to me; but he was so patient with me texting over the phone and sending me pictures. I wanted him to do the job for me. I am going to recommend Marshall Tech Services to all my friends, family, and co workers. I was very impressed with his knowledgeable ness.
