I realized that my Social Media strategy needed a complete overhaul, and that I knew nothing about social media. My pages were inconsistent, posts were inconsistent, it was an overall mess. While we have only worked together for a short time, I can tell you that I have full confidence in her abilities as a Social Media Manager. She came to our meeting prepared with an audit of our current social media situation, told us the hard but accurate truths, and had a solution for how to fix it. She gives me full disclosure with a social media content calendar and bi-weekly KPI reports. I can already see the positive results, even though we are still working kinks out of the plan. We hired McKinney & Co. to handle our IT Services. To say that they provide white-glove service would be an understatement. They show up on time, every time, and most importantly, I have never had to call them back to re-fix something they’ve already fixed. As far as we’re concerned, we will never leave as their customer. After a complete overhaul of our existing system, they have been able to take a proactive approach to handling our IT, and since then we have never had our network go down. If you want impeccable service that’s done right the first time, hire McKinney & Co.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide custom quotes based on our clients' needs. In general, our standard IT rates are 200/hr for our business hours of 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday. After hours rates are $225/hour. Our digital marketing department has a different pricing structure. Please contact us for more accurate information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a free audit to assess any current issues your business or brand is experiencing. At that point we would meet with you to discuss an overhaul plan (if necessary) and then provide you with the long-term, proactive strategy that will prevent any problems before they become an issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS from The University of Texas in Communications and PR, Apple Certified Technician
