- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, standard service call fee is $65 flat rates for everything else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face, to listen and discuss options available and see first hand the situation or work at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bac-Flo certification, Associates degree in education, (expired) class D licenses in water and wastewater, Navy trained welder and Master at Arms. Each contributed to my skills list, safety, pumps, valves, parts and their integration to their systems (how things work) , mechanics, tools and their usage, honor, integrity, pride, professionalism and an affliction for learning.
