I had the experience of working with Party Palace and was very satisfied with the service that was provided. They setup a party for my 5 year old and the kids really enjoyed it. I was able to get a bounce house, tables, chairs and party decorations for a very nominal price. I would definitely use them again.

The provider came and was very disorganized with the setting up of the displays. They did not have several items that they needed and appeared to be confused as to how to set things up. As if they had no idea what they were doing. Also, they told me that they did not anticipate the wind to be as strong as it was. (I did discuss this with them at the time of order. Also, there was a slight breeze. It was not windy. They just did not properly weight the centerpieces down.) They did go out to get more weights to hold down boxes. When they returned with more small weights, they were not sufficient to do the job. They had no solution. My husband suggested that they weigh down the centerpieces with some coke cans. As long as they covered them with decorations. They ended up just putting several coke cans on top of decorations in each centerpiece and left them uncovered. The presentation was terrible. The centerpieces looked nothing like the pictures I was sent. When I expressed my disappointment with how things turned out, I was told "sorry but we still want the rest of our money" Great customer service!!! I definitely would not use Party Palace again or recommend them to any of my friends. Very disappointing!!!!

We are sorry that the centerpieces were not up to your standards. We have since redesigned the centerpieces and the entire box is weighted. There was also a 50% discount applied for the inconvenience. We appreciate the honest feedback and are constantly updating our designs and the customer service issue has been addressed also.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give ideas on what we believe are great decorations options for an event. We include pictures of our vision when possible so our customers can visualize the outcome. We ask for feedback so that their true event dreams are able to be fulfilled.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We love crafts and planning. The next logical step seemed to be party supplies. It gives us the opportunity to do an activity as a family and to try out new things.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We planned a slumber party and birthday party for a 13 yr old boy. For the slumber party we did snow cones and popcorn for snacks along with nachos as a courtesy. Everyone at the party was provided with a "treat cup" that had candy along with the birthday boys name and favorite charactor. The kids had movie night where we provided a projector with screen for them. The cups took 4 hours to create 24.
