Introduction: Kintech is a company that specializes in mobile device repair, IN-HOME TV/Audio Set up, Computer support, and NEW* Small Business Voice, Internet, and Cloud Services. We started Kintech almost 2 years ago to help everyday people and businesses by providing them with the best quality as well as the best customer service possible. We have more than 10 years of combined repair, maintenance and installation experience. Our goal is to provide our community and the Houston Area with services from a company that values your satisfaction over all. The best part of our work is knowing that we are helping people with technology and helping them learn at the same time. We work with people of all ages who all have different levels of technology knowledge. It gives us great joy to teach, offer support and advice, and provide services for the people in our community and city. We work with our clients to insure that they not only have a service performed but also learn how to use the newly set up product, and don't charge you extra fees for any extra questions you might have.

I came here with a cracked and very broken iPhone 6 screen. They took the phone in and quickly began fixing it, while seating me in a lounge like environment playing YouTube videos on a smart tv while allowing me to choose whatever I wanted to watch. I sat there watching videos with another employee there, while they not only gave me updates on the process and where they were at, but also showing me the workings behind the screen and what they had to do to fix everything. Overall, it was an awesome experience, with a much better environment than any other shop I've ever been to. The work was perfect as they even showed me where a previous shop had repaired my phone and forgotten to put a screw back, though Kintech quickly went out of their way to put a new screw in for replacement, and ensure that everything else was there. Kintech is an awesome business, filled with great people, who do amazing work. More businesses need to be like this, where they not only focus on the job that needs to be done, but also the people who are there and often without any technology(which would have been extremely boring without them stepping in and fixing that problem before I ever realized it was one). I can't recommend Kintech enough, and thank you for not only doing great work, but also proactively providing entertainment so the time spent without my phone was greater than I ever thought it would be.

I have a habit of always breaking my screen, Kintech Has replaced my screen to my iPhone 5c twice. They have also replaced my temper glass for my iPhone 6 twice. They are fast & super intellectual when it comes to phone repairs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system in regards to our Mobile Device Repairs and Computer Repairs. Our Pricing can be found on our website. For HOME TV/AUDIO & Security Camera Set UP. Please give us a call at our office for a quote. or contact us on Thumbtack,Website, Email,Smoke Cloud, which ever you prefer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After Quote and Necessary Information has been collected we work with the customer to set a date and time for installation/service. Once at Site. We analyze the work space or area that needs to be serviced and make any adjustments or changes to price (IF NEEDED). We inform customer of Final Price in order to insure no surprises and client is on board with process. We will complete the job at the estimated time we give the Client and once job is completed we sign off on our work sheet with the customer specifying the job has been complete. We then take payment for the service by Card or Cash and Offer the client with a receipt VIA EMAIL OR HARD COPY (MUST REQUEST HARD COPY RECEIPT IN ADVANCE BEFORE TECHNICIAN COME TO HOME/OFFICE).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Team has experience and training's with providers such as T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, At&t. We have a dedicated At&t certified wiring specialist who has more than 5 years in wiring/running wire. We focus on our clients needs and make sure that we find the best solution for you or your business every time.
