- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system in regards to our Mobile Device Repairs and Computer Repairs. Our Pricing can be found on our website. For HOME TV/AUDIO & Security Camera Set UP. Please give us a call at our office for a quote. or contact us on Thumbtack,Website, Email,Smoke Cloud, which ever you prefer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After Quote and Necessary Information has been collected we work with the customer to set a date and time for installation/service. Once at Site. We analyze the work space or area that needs to be serviced and make any adjustments or changes to price (IF NEEDED). We inform customer of Final Price in order to insure no surprises and client is on board with process. We will complete the job at the estimated time we give the Client and once job is completed we sign off on our work sheet with the customer specifying the job has been complete. We then take payment for the service by Card or Cash and Offer the client with a receipt VIA EMAIL OR HARD COPY (MUST REQUEST HARD COPY RECEIPT IN ADVANCE BEFORE TECHNICIAN COME TO HOME/OFFICE).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Team has experience and training's with providers such as T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, At&t. We have a dedicated At&t certified wiring specialist who has more than 5 years in wiring/running wire. We focus on our clients needs and make sure that we find the best solution for you or your business every time.
