- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the decoration/design and the amount of servings. the more detailed and decorated a cake is the more it will cost. the higher the serving count the higher the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically go over pricing first, if they are interested I set up a cake tasting(for wedding cakes of any big cake) and go from there
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went graduated from The Art Institute of Houston and worked at a few popular bakeries in the Houston area.
