Farrah is very nice and has a lot of experience. She nailed the colors that I wanted perfectly; however the execution was not good at all. I had about 1.5 cm from my roots that did not get the blonde. I paid 170 and looked like I had colored my hair not that day but a month or so ago. She offered for me to return and fix anything I might not be happy with, but to be honest I did not feel 100 % trustworthy that she could manage it. I ended up going to a visible changes at the mall the next day to dye my whole head an auburn color to control the situation. There I paid 70 dollars.
