We have had a Sears washing machine for about 7 years now, and we have kids so we use that machine day and night. We have had to fix the old girl a few times, but it always does a good job on the clothes so, if it isn’t broke don’t fix it. Well s few months ago it broke. It would not drain the water out at the end of the cycle. I fiddled with it myself for a minute, but I am no repairman as my wife always reminds me, so I called a repairman. I called Houston Authorized Repair and told them we had a laundry emergency. I told them without a washing machine my family and I would be buried under a mountain of clothes by weeks end. The operator laughed and said that we can’t have that. She said that she could have a technician out to our house by tomorrow evening. I said great. The technician Tom showed up in the evening and he took the back off of our washing machine and discovered the problem was the drain had become clogged over time, and it simply needed cleaned out. He cleaned it out, and before you knows it we were back up and washing clothes. Thank God I was not kidding about being buried under a mountain of clothes. It took my wife 2 days to catch up on the laundry. Even though the machine was only broken for one day. Thank goodness for the good people at Houston Authorized Repair. Great service is why we call them when things like this happen.

Last October in Houston it was pretty hot, and right smack bad in the middle of the heat our Bosch refrigerator broke down. Just quit working. We have not had the refrigerator for very long and we paid a pretty penny for it. We had just gone to the grocery store and we had a tone of food. I immediately went to the store to buy ice and a couple of extra coolers, while my wife got on the phone and called up Houston Authorized Repair. We have used this company in the past and had great results. They had a technician out at our house the next day. After examining the refrigerator he told us that we had a faulty control board, and that he would have to order the part, but we could have it shipped overnight. So we opted for that. He called the part order in right away, and he was at our house with the part the next day. I could not believe it. He had us up and running in less than 48 hours, and that includes the time it took to get the part. What a great company. We hardly lost any of the food, and the final bill was very reasonable considering how quickly they got the job done.

I have been pretty happy with my KitchenAid - 24" Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher. I purchased it a couple of years ago and I have been pleased with its performance. I had an old Sears dishwasher for years and it did not do a very good job. It was not a bad appliance; it was just way past its prime. My New KitchenAid Dishwasher is very modern and it does a great job on the dishes. The other day I was very upset to see a line of water coming out from under the dishwasher. I immediately called up Houston Authorized Repair and had them send out a technician. In the meantime I had to pull the dishwasher out and clean up all of the water. The technician Victor showed up the next day and after examining the appliance he told me that I blew a gasket in the back where the drain hose is. He said he thought he might have one on the truck, and sure enough he did. The entire visit was over quick and cost me hardly anything. I was really impressed by how fast they had my dishwasher back up and running for such a reasonable price. I will be recommending Houston Authorized Repair to all of my friends and family.
