- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly rate and fixed price depending on the complexity and the requirements of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation session to prospective clients. If I am hired, I would set up a face-to-face meeting or virtual meeting for initial gathering of criteria. Afterwards, depending on the type of services needed, we will communicate either via phone/emails/in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained project manager and a Master's candidate in Project Management. I'm also certified in Six Sigma so my planning methodology is very systematic and thorough.
