- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As with few planners, I offer event packages as well as hourly rates. I try to offer something for everyone and every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation to discuss budget, expectations, contract details and to see if BOTH parties are a perfect fit for each other. If all goes well, the party begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's in Business Administration with a specialty in Hospitality & Tourism Management. This means I SPECIALIZE in customer service and organization. I am also certified in Event Planning and Luxury Event Design & Styling.
