- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm still working on pricing but it will be based on client needs and case by case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take your call and listen to you explain the computer problem or the service you are interested in. After hearing about your issue I will determine what action is needed to resolve your issue. Please keep in mind that I am located in Houston Texas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my BS Degree in Computer science from Prairie View University in 1978. My many Professional Certification are ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management April 18, 2013. A+ Certification PREP Course June 6-10, 2016 to name a few. I have worked for IBM, The State of Texas, US Sprint and currently for CB&I as a Computer Troubleshooting Analyst.
