- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE wedding gown and dresses rental for our full wedding reception decoration package and our photography package. Just choose one of our photography and wedding decoration packages, and rent dresses and gowns for bride, groom, groomsmen, and bridesmaid for FREE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have various styles of bridal Ao Dai and in-house design wedding gown for clients to choose from. Customers can either rent the dresses that are already in store, or order a custom-made dress with us, and we will deliver within one and a half month. We also invite our clients to visit our websites to have an idea of our experience, then we will meet with clients either in our showroom or at clients' place, to learn more about clients' specific idea about their dream wedding decoration. We have various options to choose from, thus we can help clients customize a decoration package that can fit any budget.

L'amai Bridal Houston is a branch of L'amai California, and we have over 5 years of experience in wedding gown design and wedding decoration.
