Introduction: I have a passion for quality and specialty foods, never wanting to serve status-quo cuisine. I believe that great food and great wine will set the stage for an amazing evening. Having pastored for over 15 years, I excel and specialize in the hospitality and service of this amazing industry. I put people first, and seek to provide a space for people to not only eat, but share an experience. There is nothing that brings people together more than breaking bread (and maybe some great wine). So having an opportunity to create that environment, providing amazing foods and drink is the most fulfilling job I could ever hope for. There is something deeper than just eating... its sharing, loving, learning that happens at the table.
