- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
JMMCo sees itself as an affordable home improvement source for customers with small to medium size projects. Competitive pricing is possible because we are a small company and we dont load our projects down heavily with fees. We understand many customers are looking to save money and meet the objective. JMMCo takes a straight forward approach and works to price our projects with a reasonable but insightful number that creates a win-win situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is a simple, quick, streamlined process of expressing needs clearly (customer to company), expression of understanding of those needs (company to customer), get to work and work through to the finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Director is an insurance adjuster with 22 years of home construction experience. Has worked with/for companies such as Kimball Hill, Kaufman and Broad, Dish Network and State Farm. More recently, JMMCo was instrumental in helping several families during Hurricane's Harvey and Irma.
