- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that your roof protects EVERYTHING & EVERYONE under it. Cheaper IS NOT better when it comes to your home. This is your greatest asset. If you spring a leak after we build your roof 1, 3, or even 5 years later, we will fix it for you because we HONOR OUR WARRANTY. A large portion of our work is insurance based, as we specialize in assisting customers with the insurance process. We handle every aspect of getting your claim approved so that you can focus on YOUR job & YOUR life! We do exceptional work for reasonable prices & we do it right or we fix it. Period. FREE INSPECTIONS, FREE QUOTES! Our pricing software is the exact same that the insurance companies use. We have referral & review bonuses to you, the customer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting from the beginning, we will send a qualified project manager to your property to assess the damage. If you have significant damage to your roof or interior, we will handle the insurance claim process for you. A project manager will meet the insurance adjuster at your home & handle the entire process. From there, all that's left is for you to pick out colors & styles & we install & do all the work ourselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our contractors are GAF certified, HAAG certified, & Certainteed accredited. We constantly attend seminars and stay current on all industry standards and changes.
