- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Personal Training packages contain the most cutting edge and notoriously proven practices that will be the driving force to help you achieve your goals. My prices for 1 on 1 training are: 1 session/week: $299/month 2 sessions/week: $599/month 3 sessions/week: $875/month 4 sessions/week: $1049/month 5 sessions/week: $1299/month In addition to our physical weekly workouts, all of my 1 on 1 clients are given access to my online training platform accessible through my Elevated Being app. Here you will have your own online profile where you can choose from thousands of workouts created by me as well as other fitness professionals. You can also opt in to weekly customized online workouts for a small charge in order to maximize your program. IE: Train 2 times in person and receive 2 online workouts to do at your convenience each week. My Online Personal Training option is - accessed entirely via the Elevated Being app or through the "Member Login" at ElevatedBeing.com. My online clients receive: weekly workouts, nutrition planning, weekly healthy habits assignments, and unrestricted access to me. My online PT prices are: 1 session/week: $100/month 2 sessions/week: $190/month 3 sessions/week: $ 280/month 4 sessions/week: $370/month "The Works" : $415/month... This option includes: every necessary day of entirely customized online programming including training, cardio, stretching, nutrition, supplementation, wellness assignments and weekly skype check-ins)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I value customization beyond all else. Every human is unique and should be treated as such. So, I spend much time gathering information and making assessments for every new customer. Upon physical readiness verification new customers will be taken through a workout and shown a possible program example to best fit their needs.

Beyond my various certifications, degrees, and specialties (listed below) that I have attained throughout the years, my most important training has come from working with thousands of different clients on their own unique health journeys.
