Had my washer repaired by Ace.
The technician Walter called 30 mins before arriving. He came onetime, diagnosed the washer as having a bad pump. Had the part on the truck and was able to repair same day.

They scheduled an appointment right away, no hold up no dancing around the bush and making me sit having to air dry my clothes. Ace came out, did an acejob, and fixed my dryer. Pleased as punch.
