- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to get the budget from the client and work backwards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A face to face meeting is a great opportunity to meet the client and get to know their personality, aesthetic, desires and dreams for their big event. Whether it is their wedding day, their child's first birthday or a corporate party I love hearing from them personally what it is they are looking for or helping them create a vision for their event. After creating a vision together with my client I then ask more specific questions in regards to specific details to each element of the event or floral design. Sharing pictures of previous events or arrangements and also seeing pictures of their ideas helps me see their vision and then execute it.
