Paul, thank you! It's a pleasure working with you.
They did the most amazing job for my wedding ceremony. They were even able to accommodate a pretty difficult song I requested. Didn't miss a beat. Thank you!Aug 20, 2017VerifiedAlexander E.'s reply
Thank you, Lorenzo. It was our pleasure to play for your wedding.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?PRICING (please check for the same information presented as a table, much easier to understand, in the "Photos and Videos" section) >> Initial consultation 30min/$20. Individual lessons: 30min/$30, 45min/$40, 60min/$50, 90min/$70, 120min/$85. 5 LESSON PACK (10% discount): 5x30min lessons/$135, 5x45min/$180, 5x60min/$225, 5x90min/$315, 5x120min/$380. 10 LESSON PACK (15% discount): 10x30min lessons/$255, 10x45min/$340, 10x60min/$425, 10x90min/$590, 10x120min/$720. ....The lesson packages are payable in full at the first lesson of the pack. They have to be scheduled and used within five (5 pack) or ten (10 pack) consecutive weeks. After the package starts, lessons cancelled by a customer can not be refunded or re-scheduled. The above prices are valid within 5 mile radius from Zip Code 92604. Outside 5 mile radius, if we agree that I come to you - every additional mile is $1.00. A scheduled individual lesson cancelled by a customer with less than 48 hours notice - 50% of the lesson price; less than 24 hours notice - full lesson price. To avoid applying these fees and to assure the consistency of the schedule I request a payment of the current lesson plus one lesson ahead. CASH or VENMO APP. If you refer a new student, after he takes 5 lessons from me - you get a free 45 minute lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During initial consultation we establish the level of the student, discuss his/her goals and the ways to make the whole experience fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 3 decades of performing, recording and songwriting experience. No formal education, self taught. Because of that I have a good practical knowledge and understanding of your needs if you want to start playing right away, rather than spend time digging through music theory books.
