I am as confident as I've ever been and a big part of that comes from training with Ray at his boot camps. When I started with him over three years ago, I was out of shape and tired from spending all my time caring for young children. I didn't think I would have the time or energy to work out but I found the boot camps so challenging and fun that I made the time and guess what? I love the feeling of being in my own body now. Every day I can show my kids by example, the importance of being strong and fit. I love the message I share with my daughter about being a woman when she says, "Wow, you have a lot of muscles." I eventually would have started working out again I'm sure, but I never would have challenged myself the way Ray does. He motivates me to do way more than I ever thought I could and after all this time I still look forward to the fun and varied workouts of boot camp. Ray knows so much about fitness and healthy living that he can help anyone at any level and I've seen him do it. I recommend him to everyone I know looking to improve their health.

I have been training with Coach Ray for a few years now and I have been with ROC Fitness from the beginning and I have seen it evolved to what it is today, the best boot camp in Orange County. Coach Ray truly cares about all of his clients and changing their lives through living a fit and healthy lifestyle. His own discipline and training regimen is truly inspirational and motivates me to keep focused on my fitness goals. I love coming to his classes because they are always different which has really brought my fitness to the next level. It constantly pushes me and leaves me wanting more. His classes have really helped with my strengthening and conditioning and I feel stronger after every class. I highly recommend this to anyone that is looking to start a training program to get in better shape. There is nothing better than surrounding yourself with people that will push and motivate you. The community at ROC Fitness is incredible and it makes training there so much fun!

Ray is very responsible and professional bootcamp coach. He's also very nice and always share great workout and healthy diet tips with us.

I've been going to R.O.C. Fitness for a couple of years now. It is a great workout that has different exercises every class. I would recommend it to anyone.

Ray is an excellent trainer who keeps every workout fresh and fun. I don't think we have repeated any workout! He gets to know his clients and knows how to motivate us. Highly recommend.
