- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with the people on Thumbtack and on other websites. I provide a discount of 25% for students and military personal with a valid ID.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to diagnose the issue over the phone. If I am capable of handling the issue over the phone or remotely, that’s my preferred method. If the computer won’t power on at all, I would be more than happy to assist at your home or place specified to handle the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Cisco networking, A+ (computer hardware certification), I am a Microsoft Certified Professional. And also working on training for my Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert.
