Eddy was an excellent handyman He came early did his work and cleaned up afterwards! We had him power wash our driveway and install a new kitchen faucet! Will definitely use him in the future-highly recommended😊Sep 8, 2016Verified
Eddy did a phenomenal job for us. He performed a variety of projects (exterior house painting, electrical work and screen repair). He showed up on time, was courteous, professional, clean and reasonably priced. Truly a nice guy that I would highly recommend for your house projects!Jun 21, 2016Verified
Perfect from start to finish...on time, cleaned up everything...we are happily using all of his varied services, which are extensive. Great guy!!!!! Could not be happier!!!!Apr 28, 2016Verified
I happily hired Eddy Jerry who responded quickly with a very reasonable quote even though I expanded the job requirements. He mowed, weeded, raked, and cut & removed some tree limbs for me. My yard was in major need of attention and he did a great job. I would highly recommend him... his ethics and quality of service are A1. I felt comfortable leaving him to work at my home when I needed to attend a function... And security is of the upmost importance to me. I also discovered he is skilled in many other areas, such as he is a certified electrician, so I will be recommending him to anyone looking for an all around hardworking and fair handyman.Apr 10, 2016Verified
I have worked Mr Eddy on many different skill set levels and he is a jack of most trades and a master of many. He will give you what he says he will and a little more.Jul 10, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Here is an example of my pricing: HD charges From $120.00 to install a ceiling fan. I charge $60.00. I dont care if you live in Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville Golf and Country Club, Glen Kernan etc. I treat all my customers fairly and realize they are working for their money as hard as I'm working for mine. Also I give my customers a discount for multiple projects. I will beat any written estimate by 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My first contact with my customer is traditionally a phone call and introducing myself. Next I'd like to set up a time when I can meet with the customer and look at their project. I am flexible so I will meet the customer at their convenience. This allows me to offer the best price possible after seeing the job and finding out what the customers expectations are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I spent 11 years in the US Navy as an electrician. Most of that time was aboard US Naval ships in many facets of maintenance. As can be expected I had many years of painting experience keeping our spaces and the ship in Tip-Top shape. Growing up on a farm afforded me many opportunities to repair the farm equipment work on buildings. My family has a background in the pulp wood business so I have several years experience cutting trees and working at our sawmill. I have 20-plus years of experience working as electrical mechanical maintenance man and my last 8 years I was a maintenance manager for a 8 million cubic square foot cold storage facility.
