I have been working with event decor, planning and design for over 5 years however have opened business in 2017.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer for customers to complete and event questionnaire so they can think about what they really want from us as well as this gives a good idea of their vision. For new customers, we like as much detail as possible to ensure we can really deliver on what they need. We are available quite a bit to make sure they are comfortable with our planning process and design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified Event Planner through accredited institute
