- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Artemis' prices are competitive because we know what our work is worth. Our pricing modeling varies per job, as each project is different in scope, nature, and needs. We meet our customer's desires by reviewing their requests and offer cost-effective solutions wherever it's appropriate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is our intent to always make the process as simple as possible. Communication is the key element to a seamless process flow with Artemis. We meet with customers at the project sight, walk through, and review their requests. We then provide an estimate of the work we will do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We moved from Boston, MA back in August of 2017. We are new to this area, but have been doing property management and remodeling construction work since 2009. The owner is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Florida and in Massachusetts. She also has a B.A. in Communications & Journalism, a Certificate in Paralegal Studies and Bank Owned Properties (REO's), and is currently pursuing a General Contractor license and a Certified Property Manager designation.
