- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge "by-the-hour" for all on-site services ($75 residential, $85 commercial), with a small variable trip-fee depending on client location. We offer flat-rate screen replacements for laptops ($165 +tax for 15" screens, 17" are $175 +tax), and some select services (like our $200 logical data recovery) have a fixed-price option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new clients in person, and perform the work on-site (if possible). Once the initial service has taken place, I can service them either on-site, remotely, or with our "valet" style pickup/drop-off service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CompTIA A+ Certified IT Professional (2007), and have also have studied Information Technology at the University of North Florida (2005) and Florida State College at Jacksonville (2003).
