- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began taking yoga myself as a form of stress relief and healthy exercise. I was hooked and have taught it for over 30 years now. I have brought love and light to many and thus to myself.

I have taught students of all ages shapes and sizes. Yogas teachings say that it’s most Important to look WITHIN oneself. Yoga changes how you feel. You begin to feel more joy, more peace, and much more healthy.
