FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are set to a specific price point for any dog, any issue. We believe that quality and value is of the utmost importance for every dog and the charge is according to time spent, not particular dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client or potential client can expect direct contact with the trainer and a consultation to explain the process, details and scheduling. From there the tailored plan is developed and direct communication is maintained throughout the training process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After two apprenticeships, a mentor program and several additional years working with Kansas City veteran dog trainers, Bri started Lead Your Dog LLC and has attained several certifications since. Bri is a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals and working on a new certification. Alongside she is also an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and has created a Therapy Dog program for local retirement homes and hospice.
