Introduction: Yoga is an ancient practice that has been transforming the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of people for thousands of years. I offer a wide variety of physical practices such as yin yoga, power vinyasa, yoga basics, and mindful movement; just to name a few. I also offer many meditative modalities including various breathing practices, mindfulness meditations, visualization techniques, and much more! I am determined to provide quality service by accommodating to the personal needs and desires of each individual I work with. I encourage any and all practitioners who wish to experience the teachings that have greatly changed my life to contact me with any questions.
I have been greatly moved by the transformation I have seen within the lives of my clients; all because of the choice to continue on the path to achieving wellness and a sense of connection within the body and mind. The practice of yoga is something that has made a tremendous difference in my life and I feel so honored to be able to assist people in the growth and development of their personal practice through the techniques and traditions that were passed down to me by my teachers and their teachers before them. There is nothing that I have experienced quite like that of the yoga practice and I hope to be able bring the same kind of transformation that I have experienced within my body and mind to you!
