- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves we charge by the hour and for long distance moves we charge a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, when a customer calls us we ask a series of questions in order to gather as much useful information as possible. We then provide pricing and availability. We have a pretty good closing rate. Many of the people that call us end up using our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2014 and since that time we have grown and are now recognized as one of the top moving companies on Thumbtack. We are proud of that.
