- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process includes a consultation in the home. I visit the home, looking at the property as a prospective buyer. I assess the houses' strengths and look for ways to improve it. After the consultation, I will send a detailed, written report outlining the things that need to be enhanced to make your house look its best in listing photos and showings. I can also stage the home. This service includes rearranging furniture and décor so that it is more appealing to a broad audience. For a rental fee, I can supplement your décor with accessories and furniture.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Collaborate with your agent. They are your advocate and provide a wealth of information. If you agree that a home stager should join the team, then find one that understands marketing, has the credentials to do the job and will provide a detailed plan to make your house look its best.
