- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard start up is as follows: Free Consultation. Data Collection Customized Plan per Individual This is all a one-time price of $95. -Ongoing Progress/modification visits- $45. -Add-on customized plans are $65 (when needed) examples: customized fitness/lifting routine, daily/weekly meal plan/recipes, time management restructuring plan for daily schedule, etc. Add-ons are on an as needed basis and if added, typically incorporated later in plan structure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have offered nutritional services on the side for many years. I provided nutritional services, free consultations, and life coaching at Center for Nutrition in Leawood KS for 3 years. I currently have my own registry of clients I privately work with, as I feel this is more personal and successful for both parties.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born into an extremely health oriented family of 9. I have literally learned my entire life about health and nutrition. More specifically, learning the importance of recognizing an individual's health and nutrition needs, rather than grouping, as every one person is unique, just as their body chemistry is.
