- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices include one session per week via Skype, FaceTime or phone call, as well as unlimited text and email support in between sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free discovery session, for the client to learn what it would be like to work with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Health Coach, working on my Life Coaching certification. I have taught yoga and meditation for more than 20 years and am also earning a health eating certification through e-Cornell. Prior to health coaching, I worked in corporate America for 15 years.
